Ken Engle

Ken joined Ready Restoration in January 2023. While new to this side of the business, Ken has 19 years of experience working in the insurance industry. Ken started his insurance career handling auto losses and injury claims. Soon, Ken combined his new career in insurance with his outside interests in home improvement and construction and became a property field adjuster. Over the years, he was promoted to senior adjuster and then General Adjuster. With each move, he took on losses that were more complex and had more severe damages. Ken has often dreamt of owning his own business. At last, with the help of his new business partner, Kevin McShane, he has seized the opportunity to combine his interests and dream to become General Manager and part owner of Ready Restoration.
